Read The ReportMonthly consumption on our Free Tier is capped at 120 minutes of computational runtime the first month + an additional 60-minute refill every following month.
After that, you can buy additional minutes for 14 cents per minute. Even after using your allocated free credits, you can still access and work on your project; you just won't be able to run any jobs (unless you top up).
You’ve got our full support. A team of data experts will help you set up your first project, navigate the platform, and gain business insights from day one.
Request a demoUnder our Free Plan, you’ll get 120 minutes in the first month for free from us. Every following month, we will refill your account with additional 60 minutes, also free of charge. Once you use all your minutes, you will be charged $0.14 per one. If you need more to make sure you don't run out of job time, you can purchase more right from the project billing page using your credit card. If you have a subscription, your contract will include number of Time Credits that the project usage will be measured against.
On the Free Plan, if you run out of time, your jobs will be paused until you have purchased more credits or until you get a new monthly batch of free credits. You can still login into platform and your data will stay intact. If you run out of credits and don't log in for 2 months, we will suspend your account and eventually delete all data.
For the Free accounts, one credit represents 1 Hour of job time by any component of the platform. Under contracts, we use Time Credits as the measure of processing power. Different components may use different amount of Time Credits based on the used backend and settings.
Additionally purchased credits can not be refunded, however they never expire - for as long as you actively use your project.
Every project has a "data take out" button in the settings, which will allow you to migrate all of your data and code with a single click. Alternatively you can use the API for this.
Keboola is by default multi-cloud environment hosted across AWS, Azure and GCP. For enterprises we offer the option to select the provider and/or region, or to host Keboola platform in your own private cloud. The Free Plan projects are currently hosted in MS Azure in the EU.
Yes, as long as you are using them for different companies (this is convenient for example for consultants). You will need to contact our support to get additional projects set up.
The Free Plan projects don't offer the Data Catalog as they can't share data with each other, and the transformations/workspace backends are limited to Snowflake SQL and Python (our subscription projects also offer R, Julia as well as optional Spark and MLflow). More information on that here.
Please, contact our support using the dialog inside your project, chat on this site or contact us via our form. We would love to learn how we can improve or be of help.
