Now, let’s breakdown the G2’s report and our achievements.
G2 is the world’s largest technology and software marketplace with millions of verified reviews that help buyers make better-informed decisions and choose the best solution for their business needs.
In its quarterly reports, G2 uses data from real customer reviews, data aggregated from online sources, and social networks and applies it to its sophisticated scoring algorithm to rank solutions across different categories based on various factors.
In this year's Summer Report, solutions were ranked in three different types of reports:
Keboola was named a Leader in 3 categories by receiving a high customer satisfaction and market presence score. This means that a high percentage (between 97% and 100%) of users rated Keboola 4 or 5 stars, believe Keboola is headed in the right direction, and are highly likely to recommend Keboola.
An excellent customer satisfaction score made Keboola a High performer in two categories.
By achieving a great score on relationship factors such as ease of doing business, quality of support, and likelihood to recommend, Keboola added another badge to the collection.
The last accolade was added to our portfolio by achieving high scores on the estimated return on investment, meeting requirements, and user adoption factors.
