A mini interview with one of our newest team members, Eliška Svobodová.
How long have you been with Keboola and what’s your job?
I have been with Keboola for only two months, so I am a new addition to a Keboola Customer Success Team. I was absolutely thrilled to see this Customer Success Manager position opened. As it uniquely combines my passion for people and for data.
If you could give someone in your job area career advice, what would that be?
This whole “Customer Success” area is now growing and is becoming a vital part of every SaaS business. The basic book I would recommend to start with is The Customer Success Professional's Handbook by Ashvin Vaidyanathan and Ruben Rabago. Our team is also a fan of Jason Lemkin, who is a great professional to follow. Generally, it is definitely important to study and to learn. But probably the best advice I got from my colleague is a very simple one: “Be authentic!”.
What is your favorite thing about working at Keboola?
Definitely the people. I am amazed how super smart everyone is. And Keboolians are not only smart, they want to be even smarter. There is a strong culture of continuous learning, improving, giving and getting feedback. One of the company's core values is Learn! - When we aren’t learning, we are failing. And they mean it (while having a lot of fun along the way). And the same applies to many of our customers.
Is there anything else you want to add about Keboola or the team?
Keboola is definitely not perfect but it has a great vision, big enthusiasm, all the time improving product and a cool team. It is an exciting place to be!
